Break In
on my last day of work at a company that was relocated to a rough part of downtown LA, someone smashed in my window and stole my favorite backpack (full of valuable) and the vehicle related contents in my glovebox. Since the day I got this truck, it had 5 miles on it, and for every repair, oil change, additional accessory, every single thing... I had meticulously kept the records and receipts together in chronological order. That's gone.
Smash and grab
A broken window is annoying because it needed to get replaced immediately and re-tinted to match the others. But having personal items stolen leaves that true feeling of violation. Such a bummer.
The company offered to replace some of the items but it doesn't fix the scratches left on the plastic door molding from sharp shattered glass
So the day I had off to relax became an annoying task-filled project of getting my truck back to normal.
