Storage updates
Officially, Mia is a liveaboard. The process was really simple to move out of her apartment and half of the things to the storage unit and higher priority half to the boat.
Finally put in a shoe rack- custom shelf sizes possibly by accident. It had to fit under the stair-ladder
The shoe rack may not stay there forever but gets the job done right now.
Put together a sturdy rack for closet hanging clothes
We assembled this pop up closet rack for the storage unit to easily store items. It's a perfect fit too.
Now that the V berth our permanent master bedroom, we usually sleep with the roof hatch open a couple inches. I am a sleeper who needs a fan on me during the night, and Mia is the opposite, so I was able to cut out and install this little shelf out of left over HDPE board from the countertop project. The fan can be adjusted with the two different length lines to point straight across or angle downward toward me. And the shelf can just drop down on hinges to be completely out of the way for when sailing. It's no pretty, but it works great.
New shelf for my fan
These are commonly known as the "drunk octopus wants to fight?!" Hangers and I installed two in the head for towels to hang and dry on.
