There’s a new, heavy-duty, aluminum workboat neighbor on the docks. The Diesel engine growls like crazy. The owner took the place of this so-so powerboat designed more for a lake than the ocean and owned by a share of guys who didn’t seem to want to be responsible for maintaining it, so all the dock regulars are happy about the change.
