Mia and I cleaned the boat and got it ready to go anchor with her Dad. The originally plan was to sail but there was a high surf advisory in effect. Luckily Redondo has space for anchoring... Eh, actually that was too crowded so luckily redondo has those semi functional moorings. We grabbed one near the entrance to the harbor and watched the summer circus go by.

On Sunday Mia took matters into her own hands and painted this to hang in her office at work. She couldn't find exactly what she wanted in stores or online. This was much cheaper and way more fun

I installed a hanger for the ukulele  

This couple has a beautiful Herreshoff cat boat on our dock. While I went to pumpout I ran below to grab Mia's camera and try to snap a photo.
