We took a road trip by the guidance of Mia’s cousin, Claire, through Morro bay and up to Cayucos to their house. I’ve never been to either and it was great to check everything out. We went swimming at the Cayucos pier and then saw Mia’s uncle Bob and Claire’s wife William and their really neat house. These towns are awesome and feel a little bit in a central California time warp. The next town up would’ve been Cambria, where it named as the home port for my sailboat.
The pictures are a view from the top of the Black Hill Trail above a golf course in Morro bay. Looking south to the park we hiked at getting consumed by fog.
