Tucson

Mia's family is looking for a horse for her sister Maeve. There's a strong prospect in Tucson but the McKiernans have a very busy schedule. Mia and I volunteered to drive out there and check out Journey, the huge 5 year old horse. 

Everyone is in agreement that his colors and calmness are one of a kind

We stayed at Hacienda Del Sol, a hotel that started in the 30s as an all female boarding school for famously wealthy. There's a lot of cool photos abd decorations everywhere. View wasn't bad either. 

We left the balcony doors open and I woke up around 3am to coyotes howling
