Well there’s absolutely no more restaurant between my parking lot and my boat now. Every morning around 7am, including the weekends, they’ve been bulldozing and cleaning up. I guess this is the beginning of the “groundwork” stage. The hotel going in will be a few stories high, therefore they will be installing deep pillars for foundation, etc. in my opinion, the longer construction takes- the better.
